DME Customer Service
IMMEDIATE HIRING: We have positions to fill
We are seeking motivated candidates for a DURABLE MEDICAL EQUIPMENT (DME) customer service. This position is full time. These positions are primarily calling to patients, doctors & insurance companies as well as data entry based. Prior experience in customer service is required. You will be interacting closely with our customers, physicians and insurance providers to process requests from our patients, providers and payers. This fast-paced job processes orders and claims, as well as addressing customer service and administrative functions.

We want candidates with great positive attitudes who are quick learners and assertive problem solvers. Experience in DME insurance billing is preferred but not required. Candidates who understand the complexities of a DME are encouraged to apply.
